En Ondarreta<\/a> tenemos la suerte de presenciar lo que para mucha gente es el d\u00eda m\u00e1s importante de sus vidas. Es, adem\u00e1s, un honor. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s hab\u00e9is disfrutado de la boda en Normandie?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Lo que m\u00e1s hemos disfrutado ha sido poder celebrar los diferentes momentos de la boda en los distintos espacios de Normandie<\/a> (ceremonia, c\u00f3ctel, banquete y disco) ya que cada uno de ellos tiene su propio encanto, y adem\u00e1s nos encant\u00f3 disfrutar de estar en un entorno de naturaleza. Adem\u00e1s, los espacios est\u00e1n decorados con mucho gusto y sentimos que encajaba perfectamente con nuestro estilo<\/strong>. Por otra parte, la comida, est\u00e1 muy muy rica, con opciones vanguardistas, pero sin perder el toque tradicional. Adem\u00e1s, la cantidad fue perfecta. Los invitados, de hecho, nos siguen comentando que todo estaba buen\u00edsimo y la carne (solomillo a la parrilla) estaba impresionante, ya que se deshac\u00eda en la boca. Adem\u00e1s, los corners de queso y mojitos, \u00a1fueron un gran acierto!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s os sorprendi\u00f3 de la finca?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Lo que m\u00e1s nos sorprendi\u00f3 fue el entorno, muy cuidado y con estilo, y la cantidad de opciones de espacio diferentes<\/a> que ten\u00edamos para escoger en cada momento de la boda, es decir, gran flexibilidad. Tambi\u00e9n, el poder decidir parte del mobiliario, como las sillas, los manteles, el modelo del sitting plan, tipo de flores para la decoraci\u00f3n de los espacios, etc., lo cual permite realizar una boda muy personalizada. \u00bfAlguna an\u00e9cdota divertida que destacar?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Quiz\u00e1s destacar\u00edamos el momento de la salida de la ceremonia, en la que la novia casi se ahoga con las flores secas silvestres a modo confeti. Y entre otros, tambi\u00e9n los manteos que nos hicieron nuestros amigos en el sal\u00f3n (para habernos escalabrado jajaja)<\/h4>\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 plato os gust\u00f3 m\u00e1s?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Tanto para nosotros como para los invitados, en el c\u00f3ctel: el jam\u00f3n y queso buen\u00edsimos, el taco de at\u00fan, las alb\u00f3ndigas de rabo de toro, las crepes de gulas, los canutillos de morcilla. Y en la comida, el solomillo a la parrilla con esp\u00e1rragos y beicon. El tatin de manzana con helado de canela, \u00a1top! \u00bfQu\u00e9 otros platos probasteis en la prueba y por qu\u00e9 os decantasteis por los finales?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

En la prueba probamos la selecci\u00f3n de makis, la cazuelita de gulas, las croquetas… pero no los escogimos porque nuestra elecci\u00f3n nos aportaba a\u00fan m\u00e1s sabor, y busc\u00e1bamos aperitivos especiales<\/strong>, un poco diferentes a los convencionales, pero sobre todo que estuviesen muy ricos.<\/h4>\n\n

En cuanto a los principales, de primero probamos, la burrata y las mil hojas, que no lo cogimos porque nos pareci\u00f3 un poco fuerte para ser un primero, busc\u00e1bamos algo m\u00e1s fresquito. La burrata nos gustaba mucho, pero el queso siempre es m\u00e1s arriesgado. As\u00ed que elegimos el tartar de tomate con cigalita a la plancha y ajo blanco<\/strong>, el cual cumpl\u00eda todo lo que busc\u00e1bamos, fresco, ligero y con buen sabor. Con relaci\u00f3n a los segundos, probamos tambi\u00e9n los centros de at\u00fan y la merluza rellena de txangurro y ambos estaban buen\u00edsimos, pero nos decidimos por la lubina ya que consideramos que era lo que m\u00e1s podr\u00eda gustar. Y en cuanto a la carne probamos tambi\u00e9n las carrilleras y el cochinillo, pero el solomillo estaba espectacular<\/strong>, en cuanto a sabor y terneza.<\/h4>\n\n

\u00bfConoc\u00edais el restaurante antes de la boda?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Nuestros padres nos hab\u00edan hablado de Normandie<\/a>, porque estuvieron hace muchos a\u00f1os<\/strong> en una boda all\u00ed, y tambi\u00e9n porque hab\u00edan venido en alguna ocasi\u00f3n a comer. Nosotros personalmente no lo conoc\u00edamos.<\/h4>\n\n

Resumid vuestra boda en Normandie<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

La boda en Normandie<\/a> ha sido perfecta. El tiempo nos acompa\u00f1\u00f3 ese d\u00eda y pudimos disfrutarlo much\u00edsimo, tantos nosotros como nuestros invitados. La decoraci\u00f3n de los espacios, la organizaci\u00f3n y la comida, fue de 10<\/strong>.
